VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION -0RJ)kKrTG-iM7iVYEMENTS
AND
PREPARATTIT N OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 3rd day of November , 1965 .
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour
and the following members were absent: Trustee Curtis
Mayor Staples introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 4th
day of October , 19 65 , filed the 3rd day of November
19 65 , as the date for a public hearing on: installation of
sanitary sewers, interceptors and laterals

with respect to the following eek, to -wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the village; thence North to
the 'iinnesota and Western railroad tracks; thence West along said Q�l
tracks to their intersection with West ledicine Lake Drive; t eirc�e

North along West Medicine Lake Drive td 28:)Avenue North and 28
Avenu.North as extended West to the irte ection of State Hi ay
No. 55 and Interstate No. 494; thence S th along Interstate Highway
No. 494 to the South village limits; thence East along the southern
boundary of the village to the place of beginning.
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the 3rd day of November 1 1965 .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:

Council Resolution adopted May 3 , 1965 ,except

The Action for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Trustee Seviour� and upon vote being tatten thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour.
The following vot6d against the sa=e: None
The fol�.ewing were (absent) : Trustee Curtis;
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing

With the original thereof on file in my office an the same
is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as
the same relates to the issuance and sale of
Sanitary Sewer Bonds of e village.
