That the requirements of the Subdivision ordinance, Chapter
31 of Ordinance 58 as amended by the VUlAge of Plymouth, in Boric
of Miscellaneous Records, Page Register of Doeds, Heunnepin
County, Hiztneaata, relating to conveyance of parcels of land of
less than two and eine-half (2j) acres in area and 150 ft. in width,
are hereby waived as to the following described landsa
