VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TH& VILLAGN OF PLIMOUTH
KENT f XN COUNrY, MIMSOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held at the
Village Hall at 13800 State Highway No. 53, on the 18th day of October,
1965, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., Central Standard Time.
The following members were presentt Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, OrFallon and H -x phrey.
The following members were absents Trustee Seviour.

Mayor Staples introduced the foil,ouing resolution and moved its

ATTACHED) FOR MCD EL KSS. PT.XI1ot�TH PLAZA ADDITICii .
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEDs
*That Section 5 of Ordinance 62-10 Relating to regulating the
Construction of Residential Garage Buildings in the Village
of Plymouth be waived to permit Pemble- Thomson, Inc. to
construct double, attached garages having a width of 20 ft*
with the fireplace projecting into said garages not more than
2 ft. In depth with respect to homes being built an 85 -ft.
lata by said..Peihle- Thomson, Inc., in Plymouth Fla" Addition.*
Motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Trustee Curtis and upon vote being takes thereon the following
voted In favor thereof, Magor :dtaplem, Trusts" Curtis, Olfallon and
K aphrsf. Agarts hone. °oseuGtr Trustee Saviour.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Fipnsuth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregal-ng extract of viuutes of a regular mootift
of the Village of Council of said village holed October 18, 1963, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a fhll, true, and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to waiver to
Section S, Ordinance 62-10 Pertaining to Double, Attached Garages for Model
Homsa, Plymouth Plass, Addition.
