moved its adoption:

and assess the bene w p property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 429,011 to 429.111.
N01VJ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for 'study -and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
Is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed'or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cont of the improvement as recommended."
The mot -':;r! was seconded by Trustee Curtis and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Darer staplee, WMMtees Canis, 011*11931 and 8nmphfey
the following voted against the motion: None
whereupon the motion wasdeclaredduly passed and adopted.
