the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
18th day of October, 1965.
The following members were presents Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis,, O'Fallon and Humphrey., and the following ambers were absents
Trustee Saviour.
Trustee Curtis introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoptions

tion of store severe in the Parker's Lake Area, known and identified as
Drainage Area VI -A, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to
law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that Knutson -Sourer, Inc, of Minneapolis
Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEEXPORE, BE IT ABSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PUZOUTHI
01. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorised and directed to
enter into the attached contract with Knutson•Smrer, Inc.
of YAnneapolls, Minnesota, In the- now of the Village or
PlymoUth for the installation of storm severs in the
Parkers Lake Area, known and identified as Drainage Area VHA,
according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by
the Village Council and an file in the nffice of the Village
clerk*
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorised and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
s=* 0 that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been
signed."
Notion for adoption of the for6goltg resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Staples and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted to
favor theroofs Mgor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey.
Againsts Mons, Absenti Trustee Saviour. Whereupon said resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and actipo clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, )Unnesotas hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said village held October 18, 1965,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a fun,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
the Issuance and Sale of Stora Serer Bonds of 1965 of the V111age.
