VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursu4nt to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held at the Plymouth Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55,
on the 11th day of October, 1965, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis and O'Fallon; and the following members were absent:
Trustees Humphrey and Seviour.
Trustee Curtis int.•oduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65-1t3
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has
by resolution rejected the single bid submitted as of 10:00 o'clock
A. M. Monday, October 11, 1965, in connection with the relocation
and improvement of Larch Lane and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable to re -advertise said project for
bidding and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the council on
September 13, 1965, the Village Engineer prepared plans and
specifications for the improvement and relocation of said Larch
Lane,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLP_GE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted
in the official newspaper of the village an advertisement
for bids upon the making of such improvement under such
approved plans and specification. The advertisement shall
be puulished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be
done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered
by the council at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on November 1, 1965,
in the office of the Village Clerk in Lhe Village Rall,
and that no bid will be considered unless sealed and

filed with the said clerk and accompanied by a cash
deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified
check payable to the clerk for 5% of the amount of
such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis and O'Fallon; the following voted against the same: None;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes
of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held
October 11, 1965, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the relocation of Larch Lane.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the eorporite
seal of the village this filth day of October, 1965.
