VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MI*INESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
heed at the Plymouth Village Hall, 13900 State Highway No. 55,
on the 11th day of October, 1965, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis and O'Fallon; and the following members were absent:
Trustees Humphrey and Seviour.
Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65-199
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution property adopted by this
council, bids were solicited for the relocation of Larch Lane
through the appropriate legal advertisement and,
WHEREAS, said bids were to be opened at the Village Hall of
Plymouth Village at 10:00 o'clock on Monday, October 11, 1965, and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement only one bid was 1.
received, that being from C. S. Mc Crossan, Inc. for a total sum
of $5,525.00 and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be appropriate to reject said bid and
re -advertise the project for bidding at a later date,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the bid of C. S. Mc Crossan, Inc. of Osseo, Minnesota,
in the sum of. $5,525.00 for the relocation of Larch Lane,

it being the only bid received on the project, be and
it hereby is rejected.
2. That the Village Clerk is directed to so advise C. S.
Mc Crossan, Inc. and to return to said company its bid
bond which accompanied its bid.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote
being taken thereon, the followiL& 79ted in favor thereof: Mayor
Staples, Trustees Curtis and O'Fallon; the following voted against:
None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes
of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held
October 11, 1965, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the relocation of Larch Lane.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
