Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Vilisge of Plymouth, Minneoots,
we hold on the 4th day of October, 1"S.
The following members were present: savor ' t:wles, trustees

1. The parking of automobiles on the North side of
Ridgemount Avenue from Teakwood Lane to County
Road #73 is hereby prohibited.
B. The appropriate village official are hereby directed
to post the appropriate signs on said Ridgemount
Avenue indicating that said parking is prohibited.
3. The Mayor and Village Cleric are authorized and
directed to execute the required agreement between
the Comsaissioner of Highways of the state of
Minnesota relating to said parking restriction.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution

extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said village held 03tober 4, 1985, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the panting
restriction imposed on the North side of Ridgemount Avenue from
Teakwood Lane to County Road 073.

AGREEMENT
Relating to parking Restrictions On
(M.S.A.P.) Ridgemount Xvenue rrom a ood Lane

in the Village or plymouth. Minnesota
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this f day of
October, 1963, by and between the Village of Plymouth, in Hennepin
County, Mianesota, and the Commissioner of Highways, State of
Minnesota. The municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called
the "Village" and the Commissioner of Highways of the State of
Minnesota, hereinafter shall be referred to as the "Commissioner",
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "Village" has planned the improvement of Ridge -
mount Avenue from Teakwood Lane to County Road M, and
WHEREAS, the "Village" will be expending Municipal State
Aid Funds on the improvement of said Street, and
WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved
minimum standards as previously adopted for such Municipal State
Aid Streets and that approval of the proposed ecustruction as
a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned
upon certain parking restrictions, and
WHEREAS, the extent of theme restrictions that would be a
necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as
a NNnicipal State Aid project in the "Village", has been
determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the parties
hereto as follows;

That the "Village" shall restrict the parking of motor
vehicles on the North side of Ridgemount Avenue from Teakwood
Lane to County Road P73 at all times, unless hereafter guthorize d
by the Commissioner.
