Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was hold on the 4th day of October , 1965 .
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey;
and the following members were absent: Trustee Seviour
Mayor
111MAOM Staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: fdiSOLUTIOtd Nt). 65-98
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve:
Xenium Lane from Trunk Highway #55 to County Road #9,
West Medicine Lake Drive from County Road #9 to I.S.H. #4941,
Zachary Lane from the North shore of Medicine Lake to County Road #10,
by grading, drainage, basework and bituminous surfacing
benefited
and assess the/sem property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to U.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
2100; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to t'ie Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed i report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advi-e the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whothor it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon
vote being talkeh thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey
the following voted a0ainst the motion: None
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular (vtpacdAAJ meeting of the
Village Council of said village held October 4 , 19 65,
with the original thereof on file in my office an he same
is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as
the same relates to the1966 State
Aid Street Program of the village.
