Be It Resolved By the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth
passed on June 16, 1959 and filed August 7r 1959, in Book 838 of Miscellaneous
Records, Page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to
conveyance of parcels of land lease than two and one-half (2j) acres in area and
150 feet in width, are hereby waived as to the following described lands:
All that part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 1189 Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follaws: Conmencing at a point
on the South line of said Southwest 1/4 of Section 22 distant 65.44 rods
West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence Inst along the south line of
said Southwest 1/4 a distance of 270.0 feet; thence Borth along a line
which if extended world intersect the North line of the South 1/2 of the
Northwest 1/4 of said Section 22 at a point distant 804.18 feet hest of
the est line thereof, for a distance of 980.16 feet, more or less, to the
intersection with the Northerly right -of -W line of State Trunk Highway
No. 551 thence continuing North along the last described course a distance
of106.82 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be
described] thecae contimdng Borth along the lowt deseribed course a distance
of 175.0 feet; thence Last at right angles a dietanae of 129.64 feet; thence
South at right;;les a distance of 243.24 feet; thence deflect to the left
an angle of 12199+ 20" for a distance of 82.64 feet; thmge Northwesterly
on a come to the left having a central angle of 49" 47' 45 and a radius of
80.0 feet for a distance of 69.53 feet, more or less, to the actual point
of beginning. Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Plymouth, hereby certify that the above Resolution is a true and correct
copy of a Resolution duly adopted by the Village Council of Plymouth on
the 41-.h day of October, 1965.
