Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was hold on the 4th day of October , 19 65
The following members were present: Mavvor Staples, Trustees Curtis,
O'Fallon and humphrey.
and the following members were absent: Trustee Seviour.
Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

CINEREAS, it is proposed to IMMMUM stall storm sewers in that
drainage area within and around Ivanhoe moods Addition known as Drainage Area
XII-A,
benefited
and assess the property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to U.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
HOOT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYUOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council

is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey.

whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersi,-nRd, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the village Council of said Village held October 4, 1965, with
the original thereof on file in aW office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the proposed
installation of storm sewers in drainage area within and around Ivanhoe
moods Addition, known as Drainage Area XII -A, in the village of Plymouth.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
deal of the village this 4th day of October, 1965.
