VWAGE., OOtJNCIL OF THE -VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
HOMPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held on the
4th day of October, 19.65, ,at,the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway 55,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, OfFallon and Humphrey; and the following members were absent:
Trustee Seviour.
Trustee Curtis introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 65-92
WHEREAS, by a resolutionaiopted by the Village Council on
august 16, 1965, a public hearing was ordered to consider the assessment
roll for the grading, base work and bituminous surfacing of the following
described streets:
24th Avenue North from State Highway 101 to a point 160 feet
North of 25th Avenue North,
2$th Avenue North from State Highway 101 to a point 160 feet
Fast of 24th Avenue North.
Pine Circle from 24th Avenue North to South line of Lot 6, Block 4,
Cross 1st Addition.
WHEREAS, such hearing was held on the 20th day of September, 1965,
which hearing was adjourned to the 4th day of October, 1965, and at which
hearings all persons present who had objections to said proposed assessment
were heard,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLIDWS;
01. That the assessment roll relative to s aid improvement with
respect to said: streets: be and hereby is adopted as amended.
2. That the Village Clerk be directed to certify said assessment
roll as amended to the County Auditor of Hennepin County."
Notion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Trustee Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey. Against:
Nona. Absent: Trustee Sevi.our; whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted,
I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held October A, 1965, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the amend-
ment of assessment roll relative to improvement of certain streets in
Gross lst Addition.
