RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeti-nn
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, .'Minnesota,
was Ircld on the 4th day of October, 1965.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fall-on and Humphrey; and the following members were
absent: Trustee Seviour.
Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO -65 -go
WHEREAS, a report has been ,given by the Consulting Engineer
to the Village Council on July 12, 1965, recommending the installa-
tion of sanitary sewers in those areas of the Village as shown
on Drawing No. 3, Alternate project No. 1, in said report.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property within said boundaries for all or a portion
of the ,cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A.
Sec. 429.011 to 429.11, at an estimated total cost
of the improvement as shown.
2. Public hearings shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 3rd, 10th and 17th days of November,
1965, at the Beacon Heights School, in the Village
of Plymouth, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. The Village
Clerk shall give published notices of such hearings
and improvement as required by law."
