MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF VIL1_AGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 13th day of September, 1965, commencing at 7:30 o'clock
P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon and Seviour; the following members were absent:
Trustee Humphrey.
Trustee Curtis introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 65-88
WHEREAS, problems have been made apparent to the Council
with respect to the parking of vehicles on 36th Avenue North from
County Road IS west to Jonquil Lane and then south on Jonquil Lane
to its end and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable in order that residents of
the area may safely traverse said 36th Avenue North to their
respective residents that no parking restrictions should be
established along said stretch of 36th Avenue North,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1, That "no parking" restrictions are hereby imposed on
both sides of 36th Avenue North from County Road 18
west to Jonquil Lane and then south along Jonquil Lane
to its terminus.
2. That the Chief of the Plymouth Police Department is
hereby authorsn^,d to post said street accordingly.

The above motion was seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Seviour; the following
voted against: None; and the following were absent: Trustee Humphrey;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned. being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held Sentember 13, 1965, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcripttherefrominsofar as the same relates to "No Parking" restrictions
on 36th Avenue North.
