PREPARA'IrM OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (spsiiedr)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Ply,Aouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 19th day of September , 19 65 .
The following members were present: Mayer Staples,
Trustees Curtis, O'Falion and Seviour,
and the following members were absent: Trustee Humphrey.

Trustee Curtis introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 12th
day of July , 19 65 , fixed the Sad day of August
19 65 , as the date for a public hearing on:
Partial relocation, including grading. graveling and drainage
west
with respect to the following street(*), to -wit:
Thatart of Larch Lane located in the North One-half
(N 1/2) of Section 11, Township 118, Range U.
wHEREAB, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the Sad day of August _ 1905 .
NOW THEREFORE, HB IT ABSOLVED BY THE COWIL OF TO VMIAGN OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1. Such improvements as set out above and for the street(*)
as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council Resolution adopted Jose ld , 1905
119. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvements."

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by ftantm Mayor Staples and upon vote being, taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon and Saviour.
The following voted against the sane: Mone
i'he frol.awing were (absent) :Trustee Humphrey,
whereupon the motion :vac declared duly passed and ado*ted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a regular meeting of the village Council of said village held
September 13 , 1966, eith the original thereof on file in my
office and the Wane is a full, true and complete tranScript there-
from insofar as the sass related to the improvement of Larch Lane.
