MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village r uncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 13th day of September, 1965, commencing at 7:30 o'clock
P. M
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon and Seviour; the following members were absent:
Trustee Humphrey.

Trustee Curtis introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65-83
WHEREAS, application has been made by the developers of
Plymouth Plaza Addition in the Village of Plymouth to vary the
front yard and sideline setbacks of the applicable ordinances with
respect to single family dwellings in said addition and,
WHEREAS, by reason of the fact that said developers are
providing ample green area and open space by the use of park areas,
etc. within said development,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 2 of the Village of
Plymouth is hereby waived to permit the following
setbacks for single family dwellings in Plymouth
Plaza Addition:
Front yard setback - 30 feet
Sideline setback - 10 feet
Sideline setback on
corner lots - 20 feet
2. The Village Clerk is authorized and directed to
provide the subdividers of Plymouth Plaza Addition
with copies of this resolution, as may be required.

The above motion ras seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote
being taken thereon, tha following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, G'Fallon and Seviour; the follow-
ing voted against: None; the following members were absent:
Trustee Humphrey; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted:

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
Lhe :attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held September 13, 1965, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete trans-
cript therefrom insofar �.s the same relates to Waiver of Sidelines and Setbacks
in the Plymouth Plaza Addition.
