accepted aad shall constitute the special assessment against
the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein in-
cluded is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed im-
provement in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual in-
stallments axtending over a period of 1 years, the
first of the i:istallments to be payable on or before the
first Mondav in January, 19 66. Any deferred installments
shall bear interest at the rate of - ver cent per annum
from the late of the adoption of this assessment resoltuion.

3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time
prior to certification of the assessment to the county auditor
as her�!in provided, pay the whole of the assessment against
any parcel with interest accrued to the date of payment to the
village treasurer and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to
the county treasurer the entire amount of the assessment
remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31 of the
year in which such payment is made.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified
duplicate of this assessment to the county auditor to be
extended on the proper tax lists of the county, and such
assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same
manner as other municipal taxes."
The motion to adopt said motion was seconded by Trustee
Win
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted i n favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and
Seviour.
and the following voted against: None.
The following were absent ( from voting: Trustee Humphrey.
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being t4 e duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a-egular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held 6eptember 13, 1965 with the original thereof on file in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same re-
lates to 1965-66 Street Lighting with respect to certain streets in Plymouth Manor,
First & Second Additions.
Witness, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the Village
this 13th day of September, 1965.
