VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice *hereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the
16th day of August, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P, M, at the Village Hall.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis and Seviour.
the following members were absent: Trustees O'Fallon and Humphrey.
HaYor Starnes introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on Augustl6,
1965, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
roll for the grading, base work and bituminous surfacing of the
following described streets:
24th Avenue Norah from State Highway 101 to a point
160 feet North of 25th Avenue North.
25th Avenue North from State Highway 101 to a point
160 feet East of 24th Avenue North.
Pine Circle from 24th Avenue North to South line of
Lot 6, Block 4, Cross First Addition.
WHEREAS, the clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

1. A hearing shall be held on the I day of September,
1965, in the village hall at ` 7=30 o'clock P. M.
to pass upon such proposed assessment—roll and at such time
and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such assessment.
2. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare and publish
a notice of such assessment hearing and to mail copies
of such notice to all property owners affected, all
in accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061,
Minnesota Statutes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Seviour and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis and ieviour.
the following voted against the motion: None. Absent: Trustees OfFallon
and humphrey.
whereupon the resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
village held August lo, 1965, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to the proposed assessment
for street improvement relative to certain streets in Cross Addition
of the Village.
WITNESS, my hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 16th day of "ugust , 1965.
