HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1965-076RESOLUTION NO. 65-76 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION FOR HEARING Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on -the l6th day of August, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. at the Village Hall. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis and Seviour. the following members were absent: Trustees O'Fallon and Humphrey. Trustee Seviour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 2. 1965, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll for 1965-66 street lighting with respect to the following streets in Plymouth Manor, First and Second Additions: FROM Vicksburg Lane County Road ##15 to 3rd Ave. North Ranchview Lane County Road #15 to 3rd Ave. North 2nd Avenue North Ranchview Lane to Vicksburg Lane 3rd Avenue North Vicksburg Lane to Ranchview Lane County Road #15 Ranchview Lane to Vicksburg Lane WHEREAS the clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH 1. A hearing shall be held on the 13th day of September, 1965, in the village hall at 7:30 o'clock P. M. to pass upon such proposed assessment roll and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare and publish a notice of such assessment hearing and to mail copies of such notice to all property owners affected, all in accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
