Pursuant to6 call and notice thereof, a regular (
meeting of the Vi�l�age Council of the Village of Plyrouth, Minnesota,
was hold on the 9th day of August le 65.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis,
O'Fallon and Seviour;
and the following members were absent: Trustee Humphrey.
Trustee OfFallon introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65-73
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Vi)lage Council adopted the 7th
day of June , le 65, fixed the 6th day of July ,
1965 , as the date for a public hearing on: construction and installation
of sTorm sewer in the location referred to as Drainage Area I%.,
Alternate Plan No. 4 including Drainage Areas IX, IX -A and IX -B.
WgBRLAS,-`All property owners whose property is liable to be
asseasod for the making of these improvements were given ten daybt
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners -:beard on the 6th_ day of July , 19 65,
NOW THERSFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
0#1. Such improvements as set out above -is itexam
anxiiassxtaitested are hereby ordered as proposed
in the Council Resolution adopted February 1 , 1965.
2. The Village Engineer in hereby directed to prepare
plana and specifications for the malting of such
improvements."

The motion for tho adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Stades and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Payor Staples, Trustees Curtis,
a'Fal,lon and Seviour;
The following -vad against the Same: None
The follawing were (absent) (abstained from voting): Trustee Humphrey
whereupon the motion was doclared duly passed and adopted.
