Pursuant todue and noticOr hereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council .of .tiie Village of Plymouth was held on

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing exLract of
minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village
held August 2, 1965, with the original thereof on fie in my
office and the same is z full, true and complete transcript there-
from insofar ai the same relates to the proposed assessment For
1965-66 street lighting with respect to certain streets in Plymouth
Manor, First and Second Additions.
