HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1965-068.Ss EXTRACT OF MINU'T`ES OF REGULAR MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TI VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Plymouth Village Council was held on the 2nd day of August, 1965, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.M., Central Daylight Saving Time, at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55, Village of Plymouth, Minnesota. The following members were present: Hayjr Staples, Trustees O'F'ai.lon and Seviour. and the following members were absent: 'trustees Curtis and H=phrey. A`,avor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 65-68 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING JURAN &MOODY, INC. AS FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS FOR THE 1965 SANI- TARY SEWER PROGRAM OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH WHEREAS, after several months of study by a Citizens' Sewer Advisory Committee and the Village Council with respect to the need and desirability of the installation of a sanitary sewer system in certain areas of the Village, and WIMEAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., the consulting engineers for the Village with respect to said program have presented their preliminary study and report to the Council, and WI1rF:REAS, the said Citizens' Sewer Advisory Committee and the Council have given consideration to the retaining of a financial consultant to assist the Village in the preparation and presentation of a feasible financial plan for financing such improvement, and St. OF THE VILLA G Thi not AS' t 0l�tlE; BE IT ' M S OF.
