Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Plymouth Village Council. was held on the 2nd day of August, 1965,
aamriencing at 7:.0 oIclock P. Ai., Central Dai-ligt:t having Time, at the

The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees U'Fallon
and Seviour. Absent: Trustees t'`u:tis and Humphrey.
Mayor Staples introduced the following; resolution and moved its adoption:

1. Tsiat the fiYm of 3rauer- Associates, Ina., site planners
is hereby designated as the Planner for the foregoing project, y
under Contract Agreement of` March 2, 1961 , the. s cope of ,the
Planners services to cover:
A_5 Detailed Worki g, Drawings e Specifications for site develop -
rent, includi<4,g layout, grading and drainage, p -t antirig plans,
complete with all details for paving, curb„ walks, drainage
structures and landsape construction specifically directed
to be bid for Phase I development.

2. Fees for Foregoing Oervices: The Village .7,f Plymouth -.agrees to pay
