RL OWTION _ N6. 65-65
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Xinnesota, was held on the 12th day of July,
1965.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'F'a.l.lon,
Humphrey and Seviour. The following members were absent: Trustee Curtis.
Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
lfvfiiili the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth hereby appoints
Niel Olaf Nielseh as a part-time police officer, effective July 9, 1965, and
WHOi.EAS, under the rues, regulations and laws of the State of Minnesota
relating to the Public 16ployees Retirement Fund, it is necessary that the
Council designate the position to be held to be that of Police Officer before
s such officer can participate in ttie benefits of the Public 4nployees rietirement
Fund.
NOW THERMO_RE, 3r: IT R�50LV D BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TES VILLAGE OF
PLYFOUTH:
That t:ie position held by Niel Olaf Nielsen with the Village of Plymouth
is that of police officer."
Motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trus
tee Seviour and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof:Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour. Against: None.

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopts -d. Dated
July 12, 1965.
