CALLING FOR PUBLIC HE11RING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Hi.nnesota,
was held on the 12th day of July , lg ok

WHEREAS, a report haaF Been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on July 12 �, 1135 , recommending the:
partial relocation including grading, graveling and drainage worh
Of the following street (s), to -wit:
That part of Larch Lane located in the Horth 1/2 of Section
11, lowaship 116, Range 22
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE: COUNCIL OF TIM VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid Improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shat be held'on such proposed iw-
provement on the „ day of Au u _, 19 of, at
the Village Hall, n Village OMjzouth a
o'clock ,, m, The Village Council shall give Pu -
lished notice of such hoaxing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Setft and upon vote being taken there-

whereupon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.
