VILLAGE Off' PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION AP=OVM PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meetinoFof the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 12th day of July , 1965

and moved its adoption: QWZM 190 65-61
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
July 12 , 19 65 , the Village Engineer has prepared
plans and specifications for the improvement of the following
streets, to -wit:
VIdgesount Avenue from C*unty Roved No. 79 to Teakwood
Lass
by grading, baso •orh, drainage and installation of a4PM1t1a
concrete *avement
and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

droved.
2.,e Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
ierted in the official paper =ndcdm

/ and speecifications. The advertisement shall be pub-

bids will be considered unless sealed and filed

The�vwtton for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:r�
