Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (ppoedn"
meeting of the V111age Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 12th day of July , lam.
The following members were present:

WHERxAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 7th
dhy of June , 19 6S, fixed the 21st day of June ,
19 65, rto the date for a public hearing on:
grading, basework, bituminous surfacing and drainage work
with respect to tho following street (s), to -wit:
Ridgemount Avenue from Teakwood Lane to County Road #73
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten dayst
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the 21st day of June , 1965.
NOW ',HEREFORE, BE IT RE-30LVZD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1. Such improvements as set out above and for the street (s)
as above indicated are here.)y ordered as proposed
in the Council Resolution adopted April 20 , 1964.
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such
improvements."

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Trustee Srrr,r. and upon vote being taken thereon,

whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing

is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as
