Resolution No. 65- 59
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 21 s day of Mune 1565.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'Fa3.lon and Humphrey.
The following members were absent: Trustees Curtis and
`evioux
Trustee o'Fallon introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
BE IT 'HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH
"1. It is hereby determined to be necessary, proper
and expedient and in the interest of the public
health, convenience and welfare of the citizens
of the Village of Plymouth to acquire an easement
for strep purposes over and across the property
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, which
property is located within said Village of Plyaouth;
CouLty of Hennepin, State of Minnesota.
2. The Mayor and Village Attorney of the said Village
of Plymouth are hereby authorized to acquire said
lands for the aforementioned purposes and to take
any and all legal steps necessary to such proceedings."
The motion to adopt the resolution was seconded by Trustee
Humphrey , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Q' Fallon and Humphrey.
the following voted against the motion: alone. Absent: Trustees Curtis
and Seviour.
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of a resolution duly passed by the Village Council of the Village
