CALLING FOR -PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regulAr (xspisij
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
Bras held on the glut day of , 1965.
The following members were present Mayer Staples, Trustees
OtFallon and Humphrey.
and the following members were absent: Trustees Curtis and Seviour.
Trustee Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

WHEREAS, a report has been ,given by the Village Engineer to
the`,Village Council on June 7 , 19 65, recommending the:

NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE QOUNCIL OF TO VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Council will consider the aforesaid Improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting lor within said, boundarlea for all
or a portion of the coat of the Improvement pursuant
to U.S.A.Sec. 428.011 to 429.1.11, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed Im-
provement on the __Ijth day of J" , 19 65 , at
the Village Hail, in the Village of ymouth alts�__
otclock����� m. The Village Council shall give nom—
lished notice of such hearing and improvement asre
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing !Resolution was
duly seconded by =UIRUMMayor Staples and upon vote being taken there-
on, the followingvoted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
OfFal.lon and Humphrey.
The following voted against the motion: None.

whereupon the motion Was declared duly passed and adopted.
