REPORT O141MIPROVEMENT
Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was meld on the 14th day of June , 19 gs .
The following members were present:
!layor Staples, Trustees Curtis and O'Fallon
and the following mccbcrs were absent: Trustees Humphrey and Seviour

Trustee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoptibni

WHEREAS, it is proposed to mp'rova:
Larch Lane in the Horth 1/2 of Section 11, Township 118, Range 22
by a partial relocation of said street including grading,
gravelling and drainage work
a pro riate benefited area
and assess the/g�de�� property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 4-29.011 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE CP
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whothor it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The notion was seconded by Trustee o•gallon and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Otayor Staples, Trustees Curtis and O•Pbllon
the following voted against the motion: pone
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
