CALLING FO"USLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ImpowmaN
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 7th day of jure , 1965.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis,
O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour.
and the following members were absent: None.
JWAgoM Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 65-54
WREA3, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on Nov4sber , 19 64 , recommending the:
grading, base pork, drainage and installation of asphaltic cots

NOW THEREFORE,,:BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIB VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Council will consider the aforesaid • improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 420.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such 'proposed im-
provement on the 21st day of in" , 19 65 , at
the Village Hall,71-a—Me Village of Ply"mo4th aT—Tj30
o'clock m, The Village Council shall give pn5—
limbed 0+0 ;a of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof : Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis,
O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour.
The following voted against the motion: None.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None.
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
