RESOLUTION REMIVING imPORT
AND
CALLING FO"UBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the M day of iftpe , 19-1-3.
The following members were present:
Nagar staples, Trusts" Curtis,
ovr&uaa, Humphrey ax4 saviour.
and the following members were absent:

Koper e.2deintroduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

:WREA9, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on Hnple .Y 1985 , recommending the:
Construction of a storm em or with ponding am on Lott 12, 19tt 14
and 15, Bleak 8, 0tphta Lt Addition (Dramas• Area IZ)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.3.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 6th day of July, 1855 at
the Village Hall,in—iTe Village of plymouth a'i-7j30
o'clock. m. The Village Council shall give puS-"'—
lished no ace of such hearing and improvement at re-
quired by law."
The potion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee 0,pauftand upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: XWo, Staples, Trustees Cartis,
(pF•llon, R=Fhrq and Saviour.
The following voted against the motion: Stas.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None,
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
