N017 THZREFORZE,•BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMYCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
XLYHOUTH.-
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a.porilon of the cost of the improvement,pursuant
to M..3*.; 8, c. .429.011 to 429,111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be hdid-on,such proposed im-
provement on the 20th day of Jul% 1965 , at

by Trustee O'Fallat and upon vote being taXen there-
on, the follows voted in favor thereof: Curtis,
