drainage district for all or a portion of the coat of the improvement,, pur-
suant to X3A Chap. 429-011 to 429.111.
"That the proposed improverntnt be referred to the Village

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ()
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was hold on the 7th day of June , 1965 .
The following members wcdro present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour,
and the following members were absent: None
Tr9istee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RISOLUTION N0. 65-50
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve; the drainage area identified
as Drainage Area XII -A in the Plymouth Storm Sewer Study by the con-
struction of a storm sewer within said drainage area
appropriate drainage district
and assess the/ for all or a portion of the cost of
the inprovenent, pursuant to M.S.A. § 429.411 to 429.111.
NOU TWIREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
MY909TH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is Instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be spade as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated coat of the improvement as recommended,"
