HAY 6. 1965. That Radio Station WCCO be paid the highest possibletribute for its prompt action in dispensing with its regular radio schedule (and not censitng until &11 dangir was past), concen- trating an getting medical men to hospitals to attend the injured, bringing separated families together, warning citizens of the imminent danger to their lives and property — with the conseauent saving of hundreds of lives. 2. That the ;;ouncil of the Village of Plymouth., representing the entire citizenry of the Village, and _they, individually, wish to Wdetid theii heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Radio Station YIGCO for its humanitarian accomplishment through broadcast, in V"W thin less of a catastrophe than it could well have been without their efforts."
