Pursuant to cic call and notice thereof, a 11110M (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on t',;: 2sth day of May , 1,. 65.
The following nem ers were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Pallon and Sevio-ar
and the following members were absent: Trustee Humphrey
Trustee Curtis introduced the following Resolution
and Moved its adoption:

WHE=-AS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 12th
day of April , le 65, fixed the 11th day of lily ,
19 63, ac the date for a public hearing on: base work, grading and
bituainous surfacing with respect to the following streets, to frit:
See Schedule "A" attached
,7HEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the lith day of May , 1965.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RE30LV D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1, Such improvements as set out above and for the street (s)
as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed
in the Council 11 --solution adopted February_ I_, 1 ,
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such
improvements,"

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Trustee $eyiour and upon vote being take: thereon,
the following voted in savor thertlf: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis,
O•Fallon and Seviour
The following voted against the same: pone

whereupon t:,e motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing eatract of
sii.nutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said village
held May 24th, 1965, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the sans is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to the issuance and sale of 1965 Street Improvement
Bonds of the village.
VITYXSS, By head officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 24th day of May , 1865.
