R E S OLUT ION N NO. 65=43
At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village
of. Plymouth duly held on the 10th day of May , 19 � , the follow-
ing Resolution was offered by Trustee , g,,y ;
seconded by Trucatee OOFallen , to -wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special
provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk
Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number424within the
corporate limits of the VillageoY Plymouth f_om the
S. Corp. Limits to
_Jet. T.H. 55 --; and

WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
S.P. 2785-82 (T.H. 494=393) ; and
WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the
Department of High3 p wag j, S n� Paul llinne ota keingg--marked, labeled and
identified as - 2 T.H. 494=393 ' al. A-& (T.H. 4 3j

which, tcgether with the Minnesota Depa_-tment of Highways Specifications
for Highway Construction, dated May 1, 1959, on file in the office of the
Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improve-
ment of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered so Trunk Highway Number
494 .; and
WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked,
labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the VillaaeClerk;
and
WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein-
after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to
mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the
foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.

NOW, TFC:, T RMOLV:D that said plans and special provisions
for the improvement of Trunk highway Ilumber 393 _ renumbered as Trunk
Highway dumber 494 _ within the limits of the Village of Plymouth
be and hereby are approved.
SS IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown
in said plans and special provisions be and they are hereby approved and
consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the
construction of said Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 494 in accordance with said plans and special provisions.
Upon the call of the roll the following voted in

whereupon the Mayor and presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted.
