CALLING PO"UBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular topuftl
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 10th day of May , 19 65.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis,
OfFallon, Humphrey and Se�viour.
and the following members were absent: None.
Trustee O'Fallon introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: REsow ION N0. 6-5-3-9
.MREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on May 10 f 1565 , recommending the:
grading, base work and bituminous surfacing
of the following street XM, to -wit: Queensland Lane from the South
village limits to 6th Avenue North.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the, -assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.3,A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown. .
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 19th day of June , 19 65, at

lashed notice-vf such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Curtis - and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon, humphrey and S eviour.
The following voted against the motion: None.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None.
whereupon the motie:hn was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned; being the duly qualified and acting, `
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a`regular meeting of the Village Council of said vi-llage
held MaY 10 , 19651, with the original thereof on file
in my o f� ice and die same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to the issuance and sale
of 1965 Street Improvement Bonds
of the village.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 10th day of May , 19 bf.
