HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1965-037A]Pursuant to duo call hnd notice thereof, a regular (apmpW) meeting of the Village dbuncil of the Village of Plymouth, Hinnesota, noxa hold on the 3rd day of May , 19 65 The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour and the following members were absent: None Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RiZOWTION NO. 65-37-A WHEREAS, it is proposed to SmproM install sanitary sewer facilities in an area of the Village of Plymouth bounded on the North by 26th Avenue North on the West by Interstate Highway #494, and on the South and East by the Village limits; and whereas in addition thereto studies should be made of installation of sanitary sewers in Section 33 and North of 26th Avenue No. along Co. Rd. #18. benefitted and assoss the/ property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to m.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111. 110T., THEREFORE, BE IT RESMVEB BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYI'dOVIN, Consulting Sanitary "That the proposed improvement be referred to the/It Sewer Engineer for study and that he is inatructed to report. to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council Ina preliminary way as to whether the prop000d improvement i$ feasible aad as to whether it should best be made as props©ed or in connection with some other improvementand the oatimated coat of the improvement as recommended." The motion was seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour the following voted against the motion None whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular (ap ami3mW meeting of the Village Council of said village held Maz 3 , 19 65, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the issuance and sale of Sanitary Sewer Bonds of 1965 of the vi age.
