HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1965-037VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular sooting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall, 18800 State Highway No. 55, on May 8, 1965, comencing at 7:30 o'clock P.Y. The foll.owing'wesbers were presents Xagor Staples, Trustees C"us, 04allao, hm phr+iDâ–º ands Sevlour. The following wabere were absent: !done, e # e NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. That Resolution No. 59- , adopted by the Village Council on June 2, 1959, as it relates to a sub- division of a part of Lot 19, Greer's Orchard Tracts, is hereby rescinded and of no further force and effect. 2. That the Village Clerk is directed to deliver a certified copy of this resolution to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Herman, the present owners of said Lot 19, Greer's Orchard Tracts." The above motion was seconded by Trustee Hire, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Nayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour. The following voted against; None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATS OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HBNNERIN) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said village held on May 3, 19850 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same Is a true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the rescinding of Resolution No. 59 - Dated this __day of May, 1985.
