11017 THIREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLUM OF
PLYMOUTH;
"That the proposed Improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he Is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council

is feasible and as to whether it should bast be made as
proposed or in connection with some other Improvement and

The motion was seconded by MEOW OFA, and upon
vote balm taken thereon the following: voted in favor of the
