REPORT ON- MPROVEMERT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 3rd day of May , 19 Sg.
The following Members were present: Axyor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'phllon, Rumphrey and Seviour
and the following members were hbsent: Mane
Trustee 09p%llon introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 65-35
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve: Queensland Lane fros the
South village liaits to 8th Avenue Worth by grading, base work and
bituminous sur#acing
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to I1.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
HOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED SY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Numphrey and upon
vote being taicon thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Whllon, Rmtphrey and
Saviour
the following voted against the motion: Wase
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
