Pursuant to due call and notice therodf, a regular JS@006M&k
m00409 of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was hold on tlib loth day of ADri.l , 19 65.
The following members were present:
Mayor Stapler, Trustees Curtin, 017allon, Humphrey and ;

TAINAW Staples introduced the following Resolution and
roved its adoption: �i NO 65-3LA
MMREAS, it is proposed to JAM= provide adequate drainage
of the entire proposed Imperial Hills Addition and abutting areas
(Drainage Area I3) by the construction of storm senor in said aseap

and assess the itld
property for a4 or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111,
NOT! THEREFORE;, BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OFF
PLYMOUTH:
„That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
Is feasible and as to whethor it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvemOnt and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.,,
The motion was seconded by Trustee pbreF and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'hllon, Humphrey and Saviour
the following voted against the motion:: Aon*
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
