R E S O L U T I O N
At a (regular) mai}-meeting of the Village Councilof the Village
of PjZMouth duly held on the 19th day of April , 19 65 , the
following Resolution was offered by Mayor Staples , ;
seconded by Trustee Humphrey , ; to -wit:
RESOLUTION N0. b5-31�
WHEREAS the CommiI= 'WZ&CL_'6 IglilTd9b'las prepared plans, special
provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk
Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 494
within the corporate limits of theVillage of Plymouth
from the T.H. 55 to
No. Corp. Limits and
WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
B.P. 785-37 (T.H.494=393) ; and
WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the
Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as S.P. 2785-37 (T.H.494=393), Minn. Proj. I -IG 494-4 (72) 214,
which, together 'w3-.th�InejMinaeBot -Department of Highways Specifications
for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964, on file in the office of
the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said
improvement of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 494 ; and
WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so
marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the
Village Clerk; and
WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein-
after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to
mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the
foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.

NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions
for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk
Highway Number 494 within the limits of the Village of Plymouth
be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown
in said plans and special provisions be and they are hereby approved and
consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the
construction of said Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 494 in accordance with said plans and special. provisions.
Upon the cell of the roll the following
voted in
favor of the Resolution Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, Humphrey and 0e1Fa.11on.
The following voted against its adoption:
None. Absents Trustee Saviour.
whereupon the Mayor and presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted.
