EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF
VILLAGE COUNCIL, OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 19th day of April , 1965. The following members
were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees 0►Fallon and Humphrey.
The following members were absent: Trustees Curtis and Seviour.

Trustee Htun introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 65-33

WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Minneapolis Industrial
Park, Inc., requesting the installation of lateral sanitary sewers
in the following street, to -wit:
and,
Industrial Park Boulevard from Xenium Lane to
the East frontage road of Interstate Highway No. 494
WHEREAS, it appears that said petitioner is the owner of all of
the real property which could be assessed for such improvement and
has agreed that the entire cost of such improvement be assessed against
it and,
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth is a party to a contract with
S. G. McWilliams Construction Co. for the installation of lateral
sanitary sewers in an area immediately East of the aforesaid street
and,

WHEREAS, said contract has not yet been completed by said
contractor and provides for additions to be made thereto at the
same unit pricez as set out in said contract,
NOW -HEREFORE, BE IT llr3REBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
"1. It is deemed to be necessary and desirable to the
Village of Plymouth that lateral sanitary sewers
be installed in the following street, to -wit:
Industrial Park Boulevard from Xenium Lane
to the East frontage road of Interstate
Highway No. 494.
2. That a petition for the installation of such sewer has
been received from the owner of all the real property
which can be assessed for such improvement and said
owner has agreed to be so assessed for the cost of
such improvement.
3. That said improvement be consolidated with and made
a part of Sanitary Sewer Project No. X-85 at the same
unit prices for such improvementas set out in the
contract with S. G. McWilliams Construction Co, re-
lating to Sanitary Sewer Project No. X-85.
4. That the said improvement is hereby ordered to be done
and that the Village Engineer 73e directed to furnish
plans and specifications for such improvement to said
S. G. McWilliams Construction Co."
The above motion was seconded by Trustee 01Fallon
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Falion and Humphrey, Absent: Trustees
Curtis and Seviour.
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have

carefully compared the attached ane foregoing extract of minutes
of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held
April. 1q , 1965, with the original thereon on file in my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from insofar as the same relates to consolidation of lateral sanitary
sewer improvement nor Industrial Park Boulevard with Sewer Project
No, X-85.
