VILIAGZ OF PLTMOUFM
W1NNIBPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was duly held at the Village Hall on the 12th day of April, 1965,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. Y. The following members were
present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, Wallon, Humphrey and Sesiour.

Trustee 01Fallen introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RTSOL[NTION N0. 65-30
Mr.BAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law,
a public hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village Hall
In the Village of Plymouth on the 12th day of April, 1965, at 7:30
o'clock P. M. to consider the vacation of the following street:
and,
All that part of Pineview Lane being in the SB 1/4 of the
8B 1/4 of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22 and the
Sw 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, Township 118, Range 22,
and lying between 28th Avenue North and the North line of
Creekwood Heights lot Addition,
WHEREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard
were given such opportunity, after which said public hearing was
declared closed by the Mayor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"That all that part of Pineview Lane being in the BE 1/4 of
the BE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22 and the
SW 1/4 of the SO 1/4 of Section 23, Township 118, Range 22,
and lying between 28th Avenue North and the North line of
Creekwood Heights lot Addition, may be and hereby is declared
to be vacated."
The notion was seconded by Trustee }ummra and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayar Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour.
The following voted against: None.
whereupon said resolution was declared to be duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes
of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held
April 15,1965, with the original thereof on file in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to the vacation of a portion of Pineview Lane.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this ,ae day of April , 1965.
