Be It Resolved by the Village 0--unail of Plymouths
Th.t the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth passed on
June 16, 1959 and filed August 7, 1959# in Hook 838 of Miscellaneous Records, Page
55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin Count Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels
of land loss than two and ane -half (2j$ acres in area and 150 fust in width, are
hereby waived as to the following described lander
That part of the South 30 feet of Government Lot 6, Section 30-118-=
and of the North 270 foot, of the Northwest darter of the Northwest
quarter of section 31-118-22, described as follows. Commencing at a
point on the West line of said Section 30, distant 358.38 feet North
of the Southwest corner thersofN thence South 87 degrees 15 minutes
East, a distance of 635.58 feet to a point hereinafter referred to
as the "reference point"N thence south 8 degrees 42 minutes Past, to
a point an the North line of said South 30 feet, said point being
the true point of beginning of the land being describedN thence South
8 degrees 42 minutes Bast# to a point distant 500.28 feet from the
aforesaid "reference point"N thence South 32 degrees 07 minutes ?est,
to the South line of said North 270 f*41 thence West along said South
line to a line drawn parsUel with and 453 fest at right angles Masterly
from, the west line of saW Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarterN
thence North parallel with said Nest line of said Northwest quarter of
