VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was duly held at the Village Hall on the lst day of March, 1965,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Car*#ar., O' Fallon, Humphs". and Seviour : the following members
were absent: -N Trustees Curtis and Humphrey.

Trustee O'Fallon introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION N0. 65-19
"RESOLVED, that the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, conduct a public hearing at the
Village Hall of said Village at 7:30 o'clock P. M. on
the ����h_ day of pD 1965, to consider
the vaaion of the' -fa -I owli"n gibed street:
"All that part of Pineview Lane being in
the Southeast. Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 22, Township 118, Range
22, and the Southwest Quarter of the South-
west Quarter of Section 23, Township 116,
Range 22, and lying between 28th Avenue North
and the North line of Creekwood Heights First
Addition.
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk be directed
to give proper legal notice of such hearing in the manner
required by law."
The above motion was seconded by Trustee $eof,23. _ and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees Ams, O'Fallon, Hympbmp and Seviour;
the following voted against: Nona ; ATrld Trustees Curtis

The above notion was seconded by Trustee ;eviour �. and upon
rote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:

NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PROPOSED VACATION OF STREET
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE 18 HEREBY GIVEN, that the Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall
at 7:30 o'clock P. M. , on the 12th day of
1985, to consider the vacation of the following described
street:
All that part of Pineview Lane being in
the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 22, Township 118, Range
22, and the Southwest Quarter of the South-
west Quarter of Section 23, Township 118,
Range 22, and lying between 28th Avenue North
and the North line of Creekwood Heights First
Addition.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the
above will be heard at this meeting.
