EXTRACT CF MLV3TFS OF H&TDHi OF VILLAGE COUNCIL
VILLAGE CF PLI-MMH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the Bth day of
February 1965 at the pillage Hall commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The
following members were present:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour. The Following
members were absent: Trustee Curtis.

Trustee Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved for
its adoption:
"WHEREAS, the Village Council did on May 15, 1962 adopt Resolution
No. 62-26 establishing personnel procedures, covering vacations, leaves
of absence, holidays and sick leaves and,
"'w'HE MS# it is now desired that said resolution should be amended,
"NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HER M RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL CF THE x
VILLAGE OF PLM40UTH:
"1. Resolution No. 62-26 is hereby ascended by deleting Section
4 thereof and substituting the following therefore:
"4. Holl :
The following ahall be declared official holidays by
the Village of Plymouth:
New Years Day Labor Day
Lincoln's Birthday Columbus Day
Washington's Birthday Veterans Day
Good Friday Thanksgiving Day t
Memorial Dar Christmas Day
Zndependence Day
In the event New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day or
Christmas Day fall on a Sunday, the following day shall be a
holiday. If any of said holidays falls on Saturday, the pro
ceding Friday shall be a holiday.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Seviour and upon vote being,
taken ther.,on the following voted in favor thereof
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Humphrey and Seviour. The following
voted against: Absent: Trustee Curtis
Whereupon said motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
