RESOLUTION NO. 65- 15
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof.a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was duly* held on the 8th day
of February, 1965 at the Village Hall commencing at 700 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Stapleep Trustees OlFallon, Humphrey
and Seviour. The following members were absent: Trustee Curtis.
Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
"iHYREAS, the Village of Plymouth has been fortunate to have been

served by the publication of "Plymouth Voter", and
"WHEREAS, Mid publication has been, financed through voluntary
contributions received by the staff of said publication, and
"WHEREAS, the staff of said publication is made up of interested
women residents of the Village who are dedicated to the promotion of

interest in local government, and
"WHEREAS, it is necessary for said staff to annually obtain contributions

in order that said publication may continues
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWSs
111. That the month of February 1965 is hereby'procla med to be
"Save Your Voter Month";
"2. AU citizens of the Village of Plymouth are urged to support
the continued publication of the Voter by responding generously
' to the request of the Voter staff for donations to said
publication;
"3. The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this resolution to
the Minnetonka Herald and the New Hope -Plymouth Post for
insertion in their nears columns."

The above motion was seconded by Trustee 0eFallon and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:: Mayor Staples,
Trust eea'Mellon, Humphrey and Seviour. Against: None. Absents Trustee
Curtis.
Whereupop said motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
